[Summer Sublease] 1 Furnished Bedroom in a 4-Bedroom House

Hi I'm subletting this room for the summer.

**Female tenant preferred**

The room is in a 4 bedroom house in downtown Toronto.

- About the location: the house is 30 minutes away from the university. There are several options of public transit...
near by: bus 29 (2 minute walk) to Dufferin station, streetcar 501 (queen street west),505 (Dundas street west). However you will have to take 2 public transit to get to uoft (time will range from 30-45 minutes).

- About utilizes: most of them are cover in the rent, except for laundry. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the nearest laundry place. You can take the bus for less than 5 minutes.

- About the room: The room is on main floor but at the back of the house so it remains private and still get some light through the window. It is pretty spacious and fully furnishes as I will leave all furniture back while I was gone.

- About the tenants: 1 male and 2 female tenants. Most of them don't cook or not always at home so you don't meet them very often. They are also quite polite. The landlord is a sweet lady too.
