Summer Sublet in the Annex

SUMMER SUBLET IN THE ANNEX (with possibility to extend)
Hello! I am subletting my room in a two bedroom apartment in the Annex. It will be available in May, I am flexible on the move in date. I am a master’s student at UofT, graduating in the spring...
and moving out of Toronto so I am looking for someone to take over my room until the lease ends (July 31), however you do have the option to resign if you’re interested. Rent is $1487.

Location:
-Basement suite in a house (private entrance) on Brunswick Avenue, just off of Bloor Street.
-10 minute walk to Spadina or Bathurst station (Line 1 & 2)
-20 minute walk to UofT campus
-Lovely, quiet neighborhood, with lots of parks around, but super close to tons of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants
-5 minute walk to grocery store and Shoppers

About the apartment:
-1100 sq. feet
-All utilities included in the rent (yes, internet, hydro, electricity—all of it!)
-Large bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub
-In-unit washer and dryer (the glory, the convenience)
-A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and baking
-Air fryer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher
-Tons of storage space
-Large closet in bedroom
-Landlord takes care of garbage/recycling and snow removal

Your future roommate:
Sophie is a grad student at UofT as well, doing her Master’s in Information and Museum Studies. She is also a varsity rower, we were teammates in undergrad! She’s incredibly organized, easy to live with and one of the kindest, funniest and most thoughtful people I know. I’ve lived with her for four years and she’s been an amazing roommate and an even better friend.

Who we are looking for:
Ideally, a young female identifying person (20-28) who is considerate, easy going and respectful. You don’t need to be obsessively tidy but you should do the basics like cleaning up after yourself and not letting dishes “soak” in the sink indefinitely.

If you’re interested, please send me a message with a little bit about yourself!
