Summer Subletter Wanted - 1 Furnished Bedroom at College & Spadina

We're looking for a roommate/summer subletter from May 1st - August 31st this summer!

Our house is located just off the College & Spadina, a 10-min walk west of the Queen’s Park subway station, steps away from the U of T St. George campus, and...
close to Kensington Market, Baldwin Village, and Chinatown.

Rent and utilities are $1000 per month per room, and wifi is another $15-20 per month per person on top of that. There are $3 laundry and dryer services in the basement. There is no parking on the property (those of us with cars park on the street).

We have the second and third floors of a house, and it is a six bed, two bath. You would be joining five lovely roommates, two 23F, three 23M, four of whom who will be new grads of UofT this summer. The room in question is furnished with a twin bed and mattress, desk, and desk chair, and a built-in closet.

On the whole, we’re looking for responsible and respectful roommates who aren’t party animals but would be happy to socialize a little (like in our shared kitchen and living room spaces).
