approximately 10'x10' with a large west facing window and next to the main floor front door for private comings and goings (We use the back door). It's an old house but it's kept very clean. You'd be expected to clean up after yourself but we do general cleaning. Little Portugal is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to 24hr transit (one streetcar to UofT), groceries, recreation centre, pool, gyms, cafes, bars, restaurants, hip shops and art galleries. Very high speed WiFi and Ethernet. Feel free to ask about the optional meal plan. The food and preparation is very high quality and fairly priced. Overnight guests only when we are away please.
