The Ivy Apartments (Sublet)

Our unit is a 2-bedroom apartment available for sublet between June to end of August. Depending on the number of occupants, the rent price can be split in half if only one sublet is found by the time the subletting date starts. Each bedroom is... furnished – there is a bed, a desk and a chair. There are two bathrooms, which both have showers and toilets. The living room is in the same room as the kitchen – the kitchen has an island, which is used as a table and there are two bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen tools needed to prepare food and consume it. There is also a Nespresso machine, for which sublets will have to buy their own pods if needed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an assisting oven. The apartment contains an in-unit washing machine system.

The apartment has great facilities, such as a swimming pool on the higher floor and a gym on a lower floor. There is a bike storage, and 3 accessible elevators. Close to the apartment, there are the Bloor and Yonge station, as well as the Wellesley station. The apartment is a 10-15 minute from the UofT campus.

We are looking for a summer sublet that is able to respect our private space while also making full use of the facilities that the apartment to offer. We hope that our future sublet will be able to take care of our tools and machines, and maintain a clean space. If any damage is made to any of the spaces, such as a noticeable stain on the wall or damage to the Nespresso machine, the sublet will be required to pay for the damages. Read More
