Hi Yall. I have a lease with Parkside Student Residence until August 25th and am looking for people to sublease it too! Its perfect for those doing internships in toronto or summer classes! the normal rent is 1526 but since I need it subleased im... posting it for the lower price. Additionally, since the meal plan is mandatory, I will be paying for the meal plan and you dont have to pay for it. You get to eat the meal plan for free! the meal plan is unlimited food from 7am to around 9 pm so you really dont need to go out to do grocery shopping! Address is 111 Carlton Street in downtown Toronto.
