$795/bedroom, Bathurst/College, 15 minutes walk from UTSG

***Primarily available for full unit, full year lease.***
***If you are an individual/small group looking for a summer sublet or to find more roommates to stay at this unit, feel free to reach out***

15 minutes walk to Robarts, 5 minute walk to...
Freshco (way cheaper than metro), 10 minute walk or 5 minute streetcar to subway station. At $795 per bedroom, you can hardly find anything at this price without having to live in a damp basement unit. Private entry with key and lock.

All the bedrooms are big enough to comfortably fit a double bed, desk and nightstand. I personally keep an extra shelf and minifridge in my room as well.

Kitchen is a little small, but the living room/entry area is good and there are two toilets and a shower in the unit, which has never been an issue even when living with 5 total (shared a room for the summer).

Laundry is available in the back of the house.

If interested or have any questions, text me at 250 589 0449.

*** If you need help moving in, my roommate has a van and I can ask him if we can help move furniture in from around town around April 29-30 for a reasonable price.
