Bloordale/Bloorcourt is a vibrant, busy neighborhood with a mix of excellent restaurants, shops, and amenities. The area is well-served by community centers, gyms, Dufferin Mall, Dufferin Grove Park, Farmers Market, and great transportation options.

Key Transport Info:

Access to the Bloor cycle lane goes to UofT

The Bloor subway line directly connects to St. George campus stop. Its just a 3 minute walk to the subway)

5 minutes to College and Dundas streetcars, which go to the bottom of areas of St. George campus

We are looking for a responsible, quiet tenant who can respect the peaceful environment and is focused on their summer studies. We are a kind, considerate, queer-positive household, including 2 teenagers.

Important Notes:

No smoking (pot or cigarettes) in the house or yard due to respiratory concerns.

No pets due to asthma (we already have two friendly dogs that fulfill all the histimine we can handle).

The apartment is suitable for a single person only.

Preference will be given to tenants who can fulfil the longest period of the sublet.

The photos reflect the space while our current housemate is moving out, and some furniture may be different. We also have an extra bike & helmet available for someone under 5'5". Internet is included.

We take pride in maintaining the apartment in excellent condition, ensuring it’s clean and comfortable.
