Hello everyone! We have a private room available for rent in a newly constructed 3 bedroom condo. The room comes with its own en-suite washroom, making it a master bedroom and the perfect option for those who value privacy.
You will be sharing the...
apartment with two other girls, so this is an ideal option for female tenants. Please note that there is a cat in the house, so if you are allergic, we kindly ask that you do not reach out. And we’d really prefer those who love animals and are comfortable with cats!
The room is sunny and has ample natural light throughout the day, making it a comfortable living space. Additionally, the building is equipped with multiple amenities such as a gym, gaming room, rooftop pool, yoga room, various lounges, party rooms, theatre as well as an en-suite laundry, making it a convenient living space.
The utilities are extra, but we will divide them equally amongst all of us. We expect it to be no more than $150 per month, so it's quite affordable. Metro and Fresco right in front of the building. Accessible by streetcar and bus, and is close to Queen St W, Dundas St W and can be accessible by the Dufferin subway station (line 2), which is about a 10 mins bus ride.

Rent: $1350 per month
Utilities: Extra (Divided amongst all tenants)
Move-in Date: June 1st
Lease : 12 months (1 year)
