The All you can eat Mealplan has been paid in full already and will be free of charge to use. There will be no additional charges on top of the rent.
The unit has a private bedroom, a shared bathroom, and a living room. The unit has a total of 2... private bedrooms with locks that can both be leased if wanted, perfect if you want to move in with a friend or roommate. The bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, dresser, armoire, study desk, and chair. The living room is furnished with a couch and coffee table. The bathroom has a bath/ shower, a toilet, and a sink. Extra drawers/ furniture can be left if desired.
The building and unit are equipped with monitored fire alarms and sprinkler systems in each bedroom and the living room. They are tested regularly.
The condo contains in-suite heating and air-conditioning controls, which are equipped in each bedroom.
Water/ Hydro, electricity, Wifi, and any other essentials are included in the rent.
The Mealplan has been paid in full already and will be free to use as you please under no additional charge.
Guests are allowed but need to sign in with the front desk.
