Looking to sublet a fully furnished... private bedroom in a house on UofT's campus. Open to male or female students.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, and chair. I can provide a mattress if preferred. There is also a private bathroom.

You would have access to shared living spaces including a kitchen and laundry room (washer + dryer). The kitchen has cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, oven), as well as cooking basics like salt/pepper/sugar. There is a cleaner who comes once a month to clean the common spaces (included in rent price).

You would be sharing the space with 5 other tenants who are all university students. There is a mix of both male and female tenants.

Looking for a university student (doesn't have to be UofT) who is clean and respectful. No smoking or pets allowed.
