Room available in a shared three bedroom apartment with large common rooms and patio. The room is private, but the apartment is shared, so please see photos for a sense of who lives here. It is a quiet, musical household with 2 cats. Sam is a retail... manager and I am a retired academic.

Right on the Shaw St. bike lanes, this location is perfect for biking to U of T campus in ten minutes. In this quiet, green neighbourhood conducive to peaceful study and contemplation, there is also no shortage of independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Nearby there is an independent supermarket (Fiesta Farms), contemporary, independent cafes and a bistro restaurant. Small boutiques (including a bike store, antique store and design shops) and two chain supermarkets are a five-minute walk away.

Nearby Christie Pits is one of Toronto's favourite parks, large and full of amenities.

The Dupont bus around the corner arrives at St. George Station in 5-15 minutes; Christie and Ossington subway stations: eight-minute walk. The University of Toronto, George Brown, OCAD, and Ryerson are 5-20 minutes by bike.
